Richard Merrigan is Vice President of Capto Enterprise Solutions, responsible for Sales and Strategic Marketing efforts. He is the co-founder of Cinergy International. He has over 25 years of experience of managing Software Consulting and Recruitment businesses in the UK, US and Europe.
